About Jersey Infrared Consultants
Jersey Infrared Consultants provide infrared inspection services, specializing in commercial and industrial applications. We offer qualitative and quantitative infrared inspections for preventive and/or predictive maintenance, legal documentation, and research and development projects.
Since our incorporation in 1984, our list of clients includes Fortune 100 companies, government/military agencies, property management firms and small to mid-size companies from all parts of the United States. We have extensive experience with healthcare, education, manufacturing, and property management facilities.
The high standards we set for service and reliability have earned us a reputation for excellence. All Infrared Surveys are performed by Infraspection Institute Certified Level III Infrared Thermographers®. Our staff includes several Master Thermographers ®. Our diverse inventory of state-of-the-art equipment has direct traceability to the National Institute of Standards and Technology.

We work with recognized organizations, including ASNT, ASTM, and Infraspection Institute, to develop standards and guidelines for infrared thermography. Active participation with organizations such as RCI, Inc. and IR/INFO Conference keep Jersey Infrared Consultants up-to-date on the current news and trends in the infrared industry as well as all related technologies and fields. Our staff regularly conducts training classes, publishes technical articles, and participates in continuing education, enabling us to remain a LEADER IN THE INDUSTRY.

Mary F. Molle, Vice President of Operations
With over 30 years in the field of commercial and industrial infrared thermography, Mary provides a vast and unique wealth of experience for all projects. In addition to overseeing daily operations, Mary manages major and specialized projects. Notable projects have included infrared thermal anomaly inspection of over 3 million square feet of a refinery for underground water infiltration; inspection of electrical equipment in the New York City Transit System while meeting all safety requirements and without disruption of operations; the development of new services including Electrical System Catalog Development;
Mary has been a speaker at numerous conferences and events; has published technical papers at IRINFO.org, Maintenance Technology Magazine, and Efficient Plant Magazine. A member of RCI, Inc. for over 25 years, Mary currently services on the Board of Directors for The Metro New York City Chapter of RCI.

Michael Coin, Field Supervisor and Safety Coordinator
As the Field Supervisor and Safety Coordinator, Mike’s daily responsibilities include quality assurance, safety compliance and customer satisfaction. His many years of experience as a practicing thermographer give Mike insight on planning the logistics of complicated infrared projects.
Mike was a speaker at IR/INFO 2018. In addition to being an instructor during SuccessIRies 201, Mike presented Short Course 2, “Planning to reporting – How to Conduct IR Electrical System Surveys”

- James Seffrin, Principal, Director of Infraspection Institute
Jim has been an Infraspection Institute Certified Infrared Thermographer® since 1984. Jim is a co-founder of Jersey Infrared Consultants and a practicing thermographer with over 30 years experience as an infrared consultant. A Level III Infraspection Institute Certified Infrared Thermographer® and Certified Maintenance Reliability Professional (CMRP), Jim has written numerous articles, co-written existing standards, and frequently works as an expert witness on projects involving thermography. Jim has been teaching for Infraspection since 1995 and was appointed Director of Infraspection Institute in April 2000.
